SOUTHEAST REGION OVERVIEW
Afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms, mainly over the south and west.
A little rain developing in the western Downs late. Light to moderate mostly NW
to SW winds, tending moderate to fresh NW to NE near the coast.
WIDE BAY AND BURNETT DISTRICT
Tonight: Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the west, fine otherwise. Light
to moderate NE to N winds.
Saturday: Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening,
mainly inland. Moderate to fresh NW to NE winds along the coast. Hot with light
to moderate NW winds inland. A high to very high fire danger.
Outlook for Sunday ... Patchy rain and thunderstorms.
Outlook for Monday ... Patchy light rain and isolated thunderstorms.
